Many artists, particularly mid-career to established artists, find themselves in a situation where they’d like to identify and move towards new goals. However, they don’t have the perspective to determine, or the time to execute, next steps themselves.
This is my favorite challenge – the opportunity to really dig in with an artist, ongoing, to create positive results. The process is different for every artist. But we start with an evaluation, create a strategy and then figure out how to get it done! And unlike coaching, the bulk of the work is done by me, the artist’s assistant and/or the specialists we identify and outsource assignments to. Whoever is involved, we work together towards common goals, checking in regularly to evaluate and revise our efforts as needed.
